Delete Your Account
You can delete your MyPhysiq account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what happens when you do.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Once your account is deleted, all of your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. This includes your photos, body scans, measurements, exercise plans, nutrition plans, workout logs, food logs, and all other personal data.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information (name, email)
- All body photos (front, side, back views)
- All scan results, measurements, and body composition estimates
- All body profile data (height, weight, age)
- All exercise plans and workout logs
- All nutrition plans and food logs
- All weight tracking history
- All AI-generated insights and projections
How to delete your account

Open the MyPhysiq app on your Android device.

Go to the Profile tab (person icon in the bottom navigation).

Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".

Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears. Your account and all data will be permanently removed.
Can't access the app?
If you are unable to access the app or sign in, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly. Please send your request from the email address associated with your MyPhysiq account.
